NDIS Occupational Therapist
Less Admin, Zero Micromanagement, Real Quality of Life
Location: South-East Melbourne (Community-based and work from home)
Role Type: Flexible (Full-Time or Part-Time available - immediate full-time caseload ready)
We founded our practice to address the common challenges faced by clinicians in the NDIS space
Sick of Unrealistic KPIs, Long Travel Times, and Drowning in Admin? We were too…
Too many skilled OTs leave the sector because of bloated administrative processes, unachievable billable targets, and constant travel across town. We believe you can deliver exceptional, life-changing clinical care without sacrificing your own well-being, flexibility, or career growth.
If you are an experienced clinician looking for genuine autonomy, smart systems that offload your admin, and a supportive team culture that values your voice - we’d love to meet you!

Why We’re Different (The Anti-Burnout Approach)
We don’t just talk about work-life balance; we build our business operations around it:
AI & Smart Documentation Support: Access dedicated AI tools, custom templates, and gold-standard report repositories to drastically reduce your documentation time.
Dedicated Admin Offloading: We handle non-clinical administrative friction so you can focus on core client care.
Local Travel Radius: We pocket your caseload locally in South-East Melbourne to minimise unnecessary, non-billable travel time.
Achievable Targets & Systems Training: Realistic KPIs backed by 1-on-1 time management and workflow optimisation training from our Business Development Manager with expertise in systemisation.
Zero Micromanagement: Total autonomy over your schedule. We measure success by client outcomes and clinician satisfaction, not constant tracking.
The Role & Caseload
You will step directly into an active, established caseload - no waiting months to build up billable hours.
Scope of Role & Key Responsibilities
Caseload Focus - Deliver person-centred OT support to an existing caseload consisting primarily of adults requiring Assistive Technology (AT) assessment and reviews, minor Home Modifications, Home and Living Assessment (SDA, SIL, ILO), Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), and implementation of therapy plans to support daily living skill development.
Diverse Presentations: Service a diverse caseload and have opportunities to tailor your caseload overtime to suit your preferences and interests.
Immediate Mission: Step into an active caseload following a period of joint sessions and onboarding with our Senior OT to achieve full autonomy by mid-to-late January.
Collaboration - Strong communication with participants, families, caregivers, support coordinators, stakeholders and multidisciplinary care teams.
Autonomy - Manage your caseload with genuine flexibility and autonomy
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Ideally 3+ years of direct NDIS experience
Clinical Autonomy: A clinician that is competent to manage complex cases and write high-quality NDIS reports with minimal hands-on support.
Mindset: Patient-centered, empathetic, and organised. You appreciate smart systems and want to contribute ideas toward shaping our growing team and culture.
Credentials: Current AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Australian Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary Package: Aligned with industry standards, plus a structured Travel Allowance and dedicated PD Budget and Leave Allowance.
Flexible Work Structure: Part-time or Full-Time with genuine flexibility around working hours and remote work arrangements.
Dual Mentorship Model: Clinical guidance from an experienced Senior OT combined with workflow efficiency coaching from our Business Development Manager.
Career Growth & Influence: As an early hire in a growing startup, you will have direct input into company direction, with opportunities to build niche specialties or transition into future leadership as we grow. Opportunities to diversify your skillset through expansion into the Support At Home scheme in future.
